Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookTripnGo.com, its affiliates (including Trevello), officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website, bookings, travel services, delays, cancellations, supplier failures, personal injury, property damage, or any other losses. Travel involves risks; you assume all risks associated with travel.
